Four practices, one value chain.

Most farms in Africa don’t lose money at one point; they lose it at four. We work along the whole chain, and you can engage us at any single link of it.

Where it starts

Most of the chain is decided before planting.

Land that is opened up properly, on time, sets the ceiling for everything after it; yield, quality, and what a buyer will pay. That is why our tractor and land services sit inside the consulting work rather than beside it.

Common questions

Before you get in touch.

Yes. Most engagements start at a single link; usually financing or market access; because that is where the pain is loudest. We only widen the scope if the diagnosis shows the problem sits somewhere else in the chain.

Both, but the economics differ. An individual farm can book tractor services and buy into training directly. Financing, offtake and aggregation work far better at cluster scale, so we usually help individual farmers group into one before structuring those.

It depends entirely on scope and hectarage, so we quote after the first visit rather than from a price list. Tell us the crop, the land and the problem, and we will come back with a scoped proposal and a number.

Trecco is our own platform, so when an engagement produces something a cooperative needs to run day to day (member savings, loan books, inventory, a marketplace) it goes there instead of into a spreadsheet nobody maintains.

Not sure which practice you need?

Describe the problem in plain terms. Working out which link it belongs to is our job, not yours.
